A. We offer next-day delivery on supply items found in our general line catalog if ordered before 4:30pm. Delivery times may vary based on product selection. Your Customer Care Associate will be able to assist you with further details.
Q. Will there be a shipping charge?
A. Orders for office products found in our general line catalog will be shipped FREE to arrive on the following business day. Shipping charges may apply to furniture and orders with special circumstances. Consult with your Customer Care Associate for details.
Q. Can I pay by credit card or electronic funds transfer?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also make payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Consult with your Customer Care Associate for details.
Q. What are your payment terms?
A. Payment is due net 30 days from date of invoice. Your invoice will be delivered with your order which serves as a receiving and billing document. Monthly statements are mailed on the first business day of each month. If you have specific accounting needs, please contact us.
